Why we do what we do?

According to an article found in the December 13, 2015 Calgary Herald there were approximately 22,000 Mormons living in Calgary at that time.  The total count of Mormons living in Alberta in 2015 amounted to about 1.1% of the population.

Obviously the numbers are higher some eight years later.

We are asked from time to time how many Latter-day Saints reside in Calgary and to be honest we don’t have a really accurate number.  

However, even if the Mormon population only registers 2% of all Albertans, we still feel compelled to reach out to them with the truth.  We believe, as the Lord does, that all Mormons are worth saving.  

Think about it – If Vigilant Minds doesn’t confront the Latter-day Saints with the truth, who will?
